اسلام آباد:(20 ستمبر 2018 )وزیراعظم عمران خان کی نااہلی کیلئے درخواست سماعت کیلئے مقررکردی گئی ہے، چیف جسٹس ثاقب نثار کی سربراہی میں تین رکنی بینچ پیر کو سماعت کرے گا۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق درخواست لیگی رہنما بیرسٹر دانیال چوہدری کی جانب سے دائر کی گئی،درخواست میں موقف اختیار کیاگیا ہے کہ عمران خان نے کاغذات نامزدگی میں حقائق چھپائے ،عمران خان آرٹیکل 62 کے تحت اہل نہیں عدالت سے استدعا ہے کہ انہیں نااہل قراردیا جائے گا۔
چیف جسٹس کی سربراہی میں تین رکنی بینچ پیر کے روز سماعت کرے گا۔
