پولیس کے مطابق طالبعلم سے زیادتی کرنے والا ملزم مفتی عزیز الرحمان میانوالی میں تھا۔ بروقت کارروائی کرکے ملزم کو بیٹے سمیت پکڑ لیا گیا ہے۔خیال رہے کہ طالبعلم سے زیادتی کے واقعہ کے بعد مفتی عزیز الرحمان کو مدرسے سے نکال دیا گیا تھا جبکہ ویڈیو اسکینڈل منظر عام پر آنے کے بعد جمعیت علما اسلام نے بھی مفتی عزیز کی رکنیت معطل کر دی تھی۔
