پورے قرآن میں کہیں بھی توہینِ رسالت یا توہین اسلام کی سزا نہیں ہے، کسی بھی صحیح حدیث میں بطور قانون توہین رسالت یا توہین اسلام کی سزا بیان نہیں کی گئی، جو چند واقعات بیان کئے جاتے ہیں، ان کو امام مالک نے قبول نہیں کیا، امام بخاری نے قبول نہیں کیا، امام مسلم نے قبول بھی نہیں کیا۔ اسلام میں توہینِ رسالت اور توہین اسلام کی کوئی سزا ہے ہی نہیں۔ جاوید غامدی
