شہر بنانا حکومت کا کام ہے، یہ کسی جج نے نہیں بتانا کہ کہاں شہر بتانا ہے، عدلیہ کو پالیسی میکنگ میں نہیں آنا چاہئے، جب بھی عدلیہ نے پالیسی میکنگ میں دخل اندازی کی، چاہے سٹیل مل کا معاملہ ہو، یا ریکو ڈک کا، وہاں ملک کو بڑا نقصان ہوا۔فواد چوہدری کی کھلی تنقید
